To support recruitment efforts, the part-time Temporary Property Recruiter will manage candidate sourcing, maintain communication with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary recruiting support for assigned hiring managers, coaching them on best practices and interview techniques Maintain consistent communication regarding candidate pipelines and hiring timelines while delivering a positive candidate experience Build diverse talent pipelines through various sourcing methods and monitor recruiting metrics to improve processes Required qualifications Recruiting or hiring experience preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred Strong customer service experience and presence required Excellent verbal and written communication skills
