Temporary Payroll Specialist

To support a highly complex payroll function, the full-time Temporary Payroll Specialist will manage payroll processing for over 4,000 employees across 220 veterinary practices remotely for a 3-month period. Key responsibilities Support day-to-day payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Operations teams to integrate payroll processes seamlessly Resolve complex payroll issues and maintain compliance with U.S. payroll regulations and tax laws Required qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations management Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll rules and regulations Extensive experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now Understanding of U.S. employment law and payroll tax regulations
