Seeking a Temporary Patient Navigator for a part-time, remote position, where the individual will manage high-volume outbound calls to assist patients in understanding healthcare next steps, overcome barriers to care, and provide compassionate support throughout the process. Key responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound patient outreach and establish rapport to encourage patient engagement Explain healthcare processes and next steps clearly while assisting with appointment scheduling and care coordination Track patient needs through resolution, maintaining accurate documentation and follow-through on commitments Required qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare navigation, or patient support Strong verbal communication skills and ability to understand and convey detailed processes Comfort with frequent outbound telephone communication and managing multiple computer systems Commitment to confidentiality and professional handling of sensitive information
