Temporary Part-Time Spanish Teacher

The Temporary Part-Time Spanish Teacher at Saint Mary’s College High School is a mission-driven educator who will provide Spanish language instruction from March 17 through June 15, 2027, during a faculty leave of absence.

The position carries a 4/10ths teaching assignment. The teacher will teach four sections of Intermediate Spanish during the spring term of the 2026–27 school year.

The teacher will provide continuity of instruction and foster students’ growth in Spanish language proficiency, communication, cultural understanding, and critical thinking within a student-centered classroom environment grounded in instructional excellence and student learning.

Reporting to the Dean of Academics and working closely with the Director of Teaching & Learning, department chair, and colleagues, the teacher supports high academic standards and contributes to a strong, mission-aligned academic program
