Operations Associate of Diamond ProductionThe Operations Associate of Diamond Production is responsible for the supply of serialized and melee diamonds to both internal and external customers. This role is also responsible for inventory control of all diamond assets of Tiffany & Co. through cycle count execution.Responsibilities:Diamond ProductionResponsible for handling of loose stones and small diamond inventory.Utilize diamond technology to count, sort and size loose stones.Responsible for resizing of inventory and processing of melee returns to applicable internal partners.Preform JDE transactions to process stones in accordance to CODC guidelinesPrepare and package stones according to established procedures.InventorySubmit requests for inventory adjustment (I8) transactions to fulfill demand requirements.Preform cycle counts of current inventory as required confirming inventory accuracy. Report any discrepancies to management immediately.General OperationsUtilize technology equipment to support completing assignmentsAs requested, assist with various projects and tasks associated with Diamond Division initiatives.Must be flexible and willing to change responsibilities within the DepartmentAdhere to all Diamond Division and Tiffany & Co.
