Emprime is currently seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team for a temporary leasing position with an immediate start.

Emprime is a property services company specializing in providing high-quality operational and staffing support to residential communities. Our team is committed to maintaining exceptional standards, delivering reliable service, and ensuring that the properties we support operate efficiently and present a professional environment for residents and clients.

This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

Support leasing activities and daily property operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment

Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and management

Perform general administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and high level of reliability

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented

Flexible schedule

Ability to travel between Hoboken, Chatham, and Fair Lawn (approximately 25–50 minutes between locations depending on traffic)
