Staff have an opportunity to improve themselves and our company by joining our Fit Forward, Culture, Innovation, and Green teams.Job DescriptionGeneral Description: The Timekeeping Specialist advises clients of attendance requirements, and enters all their information into various databases.Responsibilities:Consistent and accurate data entry of all client information including attendance, documentation, and case notesEvaluates documentation for validity and confers with management as appropriate Generates and interprets reports from the DTS databaseChecking information received via fax, email, and in person, against data available in three databasesWorking in multiple databases simultaneously, including Salesforce, SEAMS, and/or DTSChecking the department voicemail, and returning the calls with relevant informationMessaging program requirements with excellent customer service and directs clients to next stepsMaintaining confidentiality of clients' personal information, according to funder guidelinesPulling the services report from Salesforce, and cross reference with the data entered in DTSUtilizing NYCWAY to correct and confirm, the customers contact information in SalesforcePlacing outreach phone calls to customers, for various reasons Including inquiring about and addressing their needs.Using and updating information in Microsoft Excel spreadsheetsCollaborating with different departments, with the goal of helping customers, be successful in their employment search and training needsPrioritizes workload to meet tight daily deadlinesOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma requiredProficiency in Microsoft OfficeResults-oriented with a strong attention to detail1-2 years experience in data entry and customer serviceAbility to achieve goals with minimum supervisionAbility to prioritize and handle repetitive tasksAbility to read and interpret documents, contracts, and procedure manuals.Ability to write professional emailsAbility to speak effectively and persuasively before executive leaders and othersAbility to apply concepts of basic mathematics.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.Prior experience with Salesforce and SEAMS is a plus.Additional InformationWe provide:Competitive wages for high performance11 Paid HolidaysPTOTuition reimbursementGuided Professional Development PlansSummer FridaysWeekly Wellness SessionsMedical/Vision/ DentalEmployer Paid Life InsuranceEmployer 401k ContributionsEmployee Referral BonusEmployee Assistance ProgramsCompany Picnics Volunteer ExperiencesAccess to Free Financial CounselingInnovation and a culture of continuous improvement are built into the fabric of our company.
