Temporary Digital Campaign Manager

To support ongoing digital campaigns, the part-time Temporary Digital Campaign Manager will manage the execution of email, SMS, and peer-to-peer campaigns remotely, coordinating production from request through launch while ensuring quality and accuracy. Key responsibilities: Build, QA, schedule, and launch email, SMS, and P2P campaigns using various platforms Coordinate campaign production, including asset gathering, approvals, and deadline management Maintain organized campaign documentation and communicate project status effectively Required qualifications: Hands-on experience building and sending digital campaigns, particularly email and SMS Experience with EveryAction/NGP VAN or a comparable CRM/digital organizing platform Experience with SMS and/or P2P texting platforms, with a preference for Mobile Commons and ThruText/GetThru Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Extremely strong attention to detail and experience with QA processes before campaign launches
