Supporting School Engagement teams in the Midwest region, the Temporary Development Coordinator will manage communication efforts, coordinate recruitment and materials, and assist with administrative duties in a home-based position from August 2026 through November 2026. Key responsibilities Creates and coordinates email templates for classroom challenges and manages timelines for outreach to schools Logs into school sites to facilitate online registration and revenue generation on behalf of the volunteer coordinator Prepares fundraising materials, coordinates logistics for events, and covers for the School Engagement Director as needed Required qualifications 0-2 years of related administrative experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply High school diploma or equivalent Experience with database management systems, preferably CRM programs Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service
