Temporary DCTC Project DirectorThe primary purpose of the position is to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Defense Civilian Training Corps (DCTC) program. The DCTC Project Director will ensure the program aligns with university objectives and defense training requirements. This role involves supervising the DCTC Project Coordinator, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maximize the program's effectiveness and impact. Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.A Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates must have at least five years of program management experience, ideally in higher education, defense, military training, or related fields. Proven leadership experience, along with strong strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills, is essential. Proficiency in project management and financial tools, as well as experience in grant writing, management, and budgeting, are required.
