Temporary Call Center Agent

As the first point of contact for customers, the full-time Temporary Call Center Universal Agent will assist with inquiries via phone, email, and chat while demonstrating strong customer service and sales skills in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Identify and resolve customer inquiries accurately through various communication channels Utilize technology tools and participate in training to enhance customer interactions and product knowledge Document customer interactions and maintain accurate data in Contact Center systems while ensuring confidentiality Required qualifications 6+ months of customer service experience Ability to work independently and manage a regular work schedule with minimal supervision Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience in call center, retail, or e-commerce is preferred Technical aptitude is a plus, but not required
