Baylor University Part-Time Temporary Administrative AssociateBaylor University is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Associate. The individual in this position will accurately process and enter student information into institutional systems. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity, organization and timeliness of applicant records, ensuring a smooth admissions process for prospective students.A high school diploma and one year of relevant experience are required.

An associate's degree and two years of relevant experience are preferred. Additional education or experience will be considered in lieu of one another. This role is part-time and temporary in nature.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.What You Will Do:Collect and enter data from high school transcripts and other admissions materials into the software while maintaining a high level of attention to detail as an extremely important aspect to this taskOpen, sort, stamp and scan incoming mail to ensure materials reach the appropriate individualSort, scan and enter information from counselor visits to high schools, requiring reading handwritten information on each cardAudit all documents received from various resources, including USPS to ensure everything is on the correct applicantCompare high school transcripts to AI processed documents and correct the AI with the information from the high school transcriptPerform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's missionAbility to comply with University policiesMaintain regular and punctual attendanceWhat You Can Expect:As part of the Baylor family, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous time off, tuition remission, and outstanding automatic retirement contributions.
