Working from home full-time, the Template Specialist I (PA Licensed) will create, analyze, and support provider and ancillary templates and scheduling configurations to enhance patient access while providing consultative support to operations on implementation and configuration. Key responsibilities: Optimize template design and build through analysis of provider capacity and utilization statistics Provide consultative support on slot utilization and business requirements for new initiatives related to template maintenance Proactively identify gaps in template and scheduling configurations while ensuring compliance with system standards Required qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Associate's Degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required Experience with patient medical appointment scheduling is necessary Strong analytical thinking and computer literacy skills Knowledge of HR policies, standards, and procedures
