- Perform diagnostic CT scans and X-ray procedures with independent judgment
- Apply critical thinking to facilitate accurate diagnoses
- Operate and troubleshoot PACS, HIS, RIS, CR, and DR systems
- Administer IV injections and contrast media as needed
- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality during imaging procedures
- Maintain departmental competencies and complete mandatory education
- Adhere to infection control and OSHA standards
Required:
- Proper state license/certification in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging
- Prior experience with CT and X-ray procedures
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, Tiger Text)
- Ability to work independently and follow protocols
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Knowledge of PACS, RIS, and other imaging systems
