Run and operate a functioning theater and event space with state-of-the-art AV and technical theatre equipment.Qualifications: Education/Certification: Current enrollment at a Waco ISD high school campus Must be at least 16 years of ageSpecial Knowledge/Skills: Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions Ability to lift 30 lbs. Ability to be trained in theatre management Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of situationsExperience: None requiredMajor Responsibilities and Duties: Assist the PAC Manager in operating a functioning theater and event space with state of the art audio visual and technical theatre equipment.Assist with after-school and weekend events at the University High PAC, including operating light boards, soundboards, fly rail, and projectors.Serve as an usher or stage crew for PAC events.Demonstrate ability to work with others in a positive, productive matter.Perform other related duties as assigned by the PAC Manager.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneEquipment Used: Audio visual and technical theatre equipment.Working Conditions: Tobacco FreeMental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control under stress.
