Project Coordinator (Engineering)The Project Coordinator (Engineering) will support electric distribution operations in the NSPW region by assisting a team of senior work coordinators, including covering while one coordinator is on short-term disability. This contractor will focus on lower-complexity tasks, including coordination support, updating internal systems, communicating with customers, making scheduling adjustments, preparing work packets and locate tickets, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The environment is highly collaborative, communication-heavy, and oriented toward supporting construction scheduling and operations activities.
What they will be doing/working on: Supporting electric distribution operations in NSPW region (Wisconsin + part of Michigan) Handling lower-complexity coordination tasks to free senior coordinators Customer communication regarding construction and scheduling System updates and scheduling adjustments Preparing construction work packets and locate tickets Coordinating with internal teams and possibly vendors Must have skills: 1-2 years customer service and strong communication Computer literacy Scheduling or coordination experience Analytical / problem-solving ability Familiarity with Microsoft Office Additional requirements: 1+ years experience required
