Senior Technical LeadThe Senior Technical Lead will:Ensure IT architectural integrity across systemsAct as the interface between development teams and project managersLead analysis, design, implementation, and governance of enterprise IT architectureAlign IT solutions with organizational goals and business processesKey Responsibilities:Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and reference modelsIdentify gaps between current and target architecture and develop transition plansEstablish technology standards, policies, and governance processesLead integration design and implementation across enterprise systemsDrive technical reviews, testing, and validation activitiesEnsure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise architecture standardsProvide technical leadership, stakeholder guidance, and knowledge transferCore Technical Skills:Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure, and Program ManagementAPI design and integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)Integration technologies: ESB, iPaaS, API GatewaysStrong understanding of: Data architecture and governance Security protocols (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, mTLS, RBAC) ERP and Procurement system integrationsExperience with architecture documentation, system diagrams, and data flow modelingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilitiesAdditional Key Expertise:End-to-end integration for Procurement platforms and Finance ERP systemsExperience with Vendor master data, SSO, IDM, and document management systemsAPI lifecycle management (versioning, security, monitoring, performance)Data governance including vendor data, procurement categories, and approval hierarchiesExperience with CI/CD pipelines, load testing, and performance optimizationVendor coordination and technical delivery oversightExperience Required:Minimum 7+ years of experience aligning IT systems with business processesAt least 4+ years in a leadership rolePreferred Experience:8+ years in system integrations and API engineering3+ years leading enterprise implementations (ERP/Procurement)Hands-on experience with Java, Python, C#, or Node.jsExperience with Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, or IvaluaExposure to ETL/ELT, data governance, and integration monitoring toolsEducation:Bachelor's degree in IT or EngineeringAdditional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
