Job Title
Lead engineering projects supporting the Miniature Circuit Breaker portfolio. Manage product changes such as new material selection, supplier transitions, and production line transfers. Work with component categories including sheet metal, molded plastics, stamped parts, and packaging. Develop and execute mechanical and electrical test plans for product validation. Ensure compliance with design guidelines, industry codes, and standards. Drive continuous improvement and enhance product performance and reliability.

Must Have Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical product engineering
- Experience with product lifecycle management and change control
- Exposure to materials (sheet metal, plastics, stamped parts, packaging)
- Knowledge of testing standards, validation & verification processes
- Ability to work with suppliers and manufacturing teams
