Assembly Operator IIThe Operator I will support manufacturing operations by performing production and assembly tasks while following company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Basic Requirements Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required (medical device manufacturing is a plus). Warehouse-only experience (e.g., forklift driving, package handling, Amazon fulfillment) will not be considered.
Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test. Candidates will be asked during the intake call about any upcoming vacations or planned time off. Proficiency in English is required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training sessions.
Comfortable working with microscopes and small components. Key Skills & Abilities Ability to follow standard operating procedures and company policies. Ability to read, write, and interpret instructions and work documents.
Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide). Ability to use hand tools to manipulate, handle, and assemble components. Additional requirements: 0.5+ years experience required.
