Our client, a Luxury Jewelry Brand, is looking for a Mailroom Associate at their Manhattan location. This role is full-time hours Monday-Friday on an ongoing temp basis.
Overview: Distribute all inbound and outbound shipments at the retail location.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving and systemically documenting all inbound packages from UPS and armored carriers.
- Coordinating the pick-up & delivery of packages with the appropriate internal departments.
- Sort and distribute mail accordingly.
- Point of contact for all incoming and outgoing packages & carrier services.
- Preparing and sending merchandise orders and packages.
- Functions of the company Messenger and dictate his/her daily endeavors.
- Perform messenger and delivery services when needed.
- Additional duties based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of operations or mailroom experience.
- Computer skills
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Team oriented with a positive attitude.
