TellerLocation: Houston, Texas (Onsite)Role OverviewUnder general supervision, this role is responsible for delivering an exceptional client service experience while servicing clients with a full range of banking products and services. The position involves executing and submitting various administrative and operational activities related to clients, banking products, and services. You will interact with clients in person, via telephone, and by email to respond to inquiries and provide information as requested.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and submit client account servicing activities within appropriate time frames, including processing wires and fund transfers, opening and closing accounts, and maintaining accurate account records.Handle paying and receiving activities, including cash transactions and daily balancing.Assist with the maintenance and servicing of Safe Deposit Boxes where available.Demonstrate expertise in setting up all types of client accounts and services, reviewing documentation for completeness.Provide maintenance and holistic advice on assigned relationships by cross-selling and identifying client needs.Maintain a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines.Keep informed of all new products and services to respond to client questions.Monitor banking reports and assist with banking audits as directed.Serve as a mentor to fellow Personal Bankers, offering guidance and direction as needed.Required QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years of related experience.Technical Skills: Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
