Position Summary
Rapid Radiology seeks a Board-Certified Radiologist licensed in the State of Florida to provide remote diagnostic interpretation services. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, a secure cloud-based PACS environment, and comprehensive administrative and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret diagnostic imaging studies with an emphasis on plain film ; additional modalities as credentialed and applicable.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and clinically actionable reports aligned with site-specific protocols and turnaround expectations.
- Collaborate with clinical teams, including referring physicians and hospital staff, to clarify findings and support patient management.
- Adhere to Rapid Radiology’s QA standards, peer review processes, and documentation policies.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, licensing, and credentialing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification: ABR or AOBR.
- Training: Completion of an ACGME/AOA‑accredited U.S. radiology residency program.
- Clinical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in plain film interpretation (required); general radiology/teleradiology experience preferred.
- Licensure: Active Florida medical license (unrestricted). Additional state licenses are a plus.
- Professional Standards: Strong communication skills, reliability in coverage, and commitment to patient-centered care.
