Telephonic Registered Nurse

Bilingual Spanish/English Telephonic Triage RN will manage incoming calls in a full-time remote capacity, providing injury triage and support while following proprietary algorithms in a 24/7 Occupational Health call center environment. Key responsibilities Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls from clients while documenting each interaction accurately Conduct thorough assessments of symptoms and concerns using Medcor's Triage Algorithms, ensuring compliance with HIPAA policies Monitor personal and call center productivity metrics, adhering to the established schedule and providing superior customer service Required qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM Access to a private workspace and high-speed internet at home Willingness to work every other weekend and major U.S. holidays
