Providing remote medical case management services, the full-time Telephonic Nurse Case Manager - AZ & CA will assist injured individuals in their recovery, coordinating medical services and exploring vocational options while working Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of injured individuals, ensuring their medical services are coordinated and assessed regularly Collaborate with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate recovery and return to work Explore vocational options and secure pre-injury or alternate employment for clients Required qualifications Unencumbered compact RN license required Additional California RN license required at the time of application Bilingual (Spanish speaking) strongly preferred National certification (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN) strongly preferred, to be obtained within 2 years of hire Current and unrestricted professional licenses or certifications allowing practice within a state or territory of the United States
