Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Required Skills/Experience: 2 years experience in tele/stepdown.
Special Requests: Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility.
Unit Details: Patient population includes ETOH, DKA, heart failure, sepsis, stroke, GI surgery, GU surgery, and joint replacements. RNs titrate insulin, heparin, amiodarone, and cardizem drips. Monitor techs are available, and RNs must read their own strips. Uses GE monitors. Charge nurse/NSM does not take a patient assignment. Unit aides available; ratios vary. RT/equipment includes CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow.
Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Holiday requirements vary. No call.
Floating Requirements: This is a float pool position; will float to Med Surg and Tele.
Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
