- Provide 30-minute new-patient telehealth visits with Medicare patients, mostly by video, including history, medication review, assessment, care plan, orders, and referrals.
- Review care plans and logged hours of patients' care advocates each month, offering clinical oversight for each patient's health and social situation.
- Document in the EHR (Healthie) using built-in templates, with your preferred weekly block (Mon–Fri, US daytime) and no call, nights, or weekends.
