Job Details:
- Fully telehealth role providing psychiatric care to adult patients (18+) only, no pediatric population involved
- Treat patients across a range of substance use disorders, including alcohol, opioids, heroin, and THC
- Work alongside an addictions physician, with support from an in-house therapist for initial workups and a collaborating PCP through the partnering FQHC for medical issues
- Conduct initial patient visits (45 minutes to 1 hour) and follow-up medication management visits (15 to 30 minutes)
- EMR system: Secure Logic
- MD or DO with active Pennsylvania state licensure
- Comfort treating adult patients with substance use disorders across a range of substances
- Willingness to collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including therapists, an addictions physician, and a partnering FQHC's primary care provider
