Supporting hospitals and healthcare partners nationwide, the remote Telehealth Clinical Resource Nurse will monitor patient status, facilitate clinical escalation, and provide real-time consultation, focusing on proactive patient care without the physical demands of bedside nursing. Key Responsibilities Monitor patient status remotely using advanced telehealth technology and electronic health record systems Identify changes in patient condition and facilitate appropriate clinical escalation and intervention Support bedside clinicians through real-time clinical consultation and workflow guidance Required Qualifications Active unencumbered Compact RN license and active NY license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum five (5) years of acute care nursing experience Experience in ICU, step-down, emergency, or progressive care environments strongly preferred Experience utilizing electronic medical record systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
