To support a growing telehealth organization, the part-time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner - HRT will manage patients' hormone health journeys through virtual consultations, treatment plan development, and ongoing monitoring while working remotely as an independent contractor. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations with patients, reviewing symptoms and medical histories Evaluate and diagnose hormone-related conditions, developing individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary, maintaining accurate clinical documentation Required qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) credentials Minimum 1 year of hands-on Hormone Replacement Therapy experience Experience treating both male and female patients Active NP/APRN licenses in at least 6 U.S. states Active, unrestricted DEA registration
