Base Pay Range

$30.00/hr - $60.00/hr

A growing virtual healthcare group is seeking Nurse Practitioners to support its preventive cardiac care program. This is a fully remote, part‑time telehealth role focused on cardiovascular risk assessment, patient education, and lifestyle‑based care through short, structured virtual visits 🫀

New graduates are welcome — training, templates, and full administrative support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct focused 10–20 minute telehealth visits centered on preventive cardiac care
• Perform cardiovascular risk assessments and review patient history
• Provide patient education on heart health, lifestyle changes, and prevention strategies
• Deliver structured counseling related to nutrition, exercise, stress, and overall wellness
• Use standardized visit templates and workflows to ensure consistency and quality
• Document visits accurately in the telehealth platform
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical and operations team as needed

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in one or more U.S. states
• NPI (Type 1) required
• Certification accepted: FNP, AGNP, AGPCNP, ANP, or similar
• Interest or background in cardiology, preventive care, behavioral health, or primary care
• Comfortable working in telehealth and structured clinical workflows
• Strong communication skills and patient‑centered approach
• Telehealth experience helpful, but not required
• New graduates encouraged to apply
