Overview
A growing virtual health program is seeking Nurse Practitioners to provide telehealth-based preventive cardiac care through short, structured virtual visits. This fully remote, part-time role focuses on cardiovascular risk assessment, patient education, and lifestyle counseling — ideal for NPs who enjoy preventive care, coaching, and flexible schedules. New graduates are welcome, and multiple NP backgrounds are accepted.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 10–20 minute virtual visits focused on heart health
- Perform cardiovascular risk assessments
- Provide lifestyle and preventive care counseling
- Educate patients on heart health and behavior change
- Document efficiently using structured templates
- Work within a fully supported telehealth model
What You Need
- Active NP license (one or more states)
- Comfort with telehealth and protocol-driven care
- Interest in cardiology, prevention, or health coaching
