The telehealth format also gives you the flexibility to manage your schedule while balancing your professional and personal life.Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, including their emotional and psychological symptoms and history. Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions to adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Employ telehealth technology and video conferencing tools to facilitate effective communication and therapy delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Engage actively with clients by asking insightful questions that encourage them to explore their feelings, behaviors, and coping strategies. Document sessions accurately within our electronic health record system, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare team members as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing various emotional challenges and mental health disorders. Through our remote therapy model, you will support clients from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances, enabling you to make a meaningful difference in their lives. As you provide evidence-based counseling, you will help these individuals navigate their struggles and develop healthier coping mechanisms.Qualifications A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required along with a valid and active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license. Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and counseling principles. Demonstrated commitment to delivering compassionate and client-centered care. Preferred Experience At least 2-3 years of recent clinical experience utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for adult clients dealing with mental health challenges. Experience with telemedicine or teletherapy platforms is highly desirable; familiarity with technology that supports virtual care delivery is essential. Proven interpersonal skills that foster a trusting client-therapist relationship, along with a compassionate and client-focused approach. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
