Position Overview We are seeking a talented Software Development Engineer to join the Fortune 5 Client's team This role requires a strong foundation in production software development, database architecture, and cutting-edge machine learning technologies.
Build and optimize high-performance databases to handle massive volumes of telemetry and operational data Implement machine learning models and LLM-based solutions for network optimization and predictive maintenance Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, network architects, and data scientists Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in a mission-critical environment
Core Software Development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
3+ years of professional software development experience in production environments
MUST- Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
MUST- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
MUST- Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred)
MUST- Experience with DevOps tools: MUST-Experience with monitoring tools: Database Building Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing database systems
MUST- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB
MUST- Experience with database performance optimization, indexing strategies, and query tuning
MUST- Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and database migration strategies
MUST- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes
Machine Learning & LLM Knowledge MUST- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and statistical methods Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) MUST-Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools Understanding of model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments MUST-Experience with ML/AI tools: MUST- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EMR, SageMaker) MUST- Experience with data processing: Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field MUST- Experience with satellite communication systems or aerospace applications MUST- Knowledge of real-time systems and low-latency network protocols Knowledge of network protocols and telecommunications systems Experience with geospatial data processing and analysis Contributions to open-source projects or published research in relevant fields
