Mission Staffing is a leading search firm specializing in accounting, finance, and operations talent within financial services and asset management. We partner with top-tier private equity firms, hedge funds, asset managers, and financial institutions to deliver high-impact hiring solutions. We are seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our NYC office. This individual will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, partnering closely with both clients and candidates across the accounting and finance landscape within financial services. Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Build and maintain relationships with top-tier accounting and finance professionals across asset management and financial services Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Negotiate offers and manage the closing process Uncapped commission structure Exposure to top-tier clients across private equity, hedge funds, and asset management 1+ years of recruiting experience (agency preferred) or strong interest in recruiting ~ Background or exposure to accounting, finance, or financial services is a plus ~ Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills ~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
