Description

• Provide support for enterprise voice and unified communications systems.
• Manage phone number inventory and lifecycle.
• Handle ticket queue and respond to incidents efficiently.
• Coordinate with carriers for telecom expense management.
• Administer E911 and manage records.
• Support user training and adoption of new technologies.
• Learn and implement new communication technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support VOIP systems to enhance customer experience.
• Analyze trends and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams on VOIP system tasks.
• Maintain VOIP systems and ensure record accuracy.
• Provide user education on system functionalities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a voice and communications technician or analyst.
• Experience in moves, adds, changes, and user provisioning across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge in telecom expense management and carrier coordination.
• Ability to document user-friendly training materials.
• Experience with enterprise communication technologies.
