Working remotely on an hourly basis, the Drafter/Designer will create and draft telecommunications network designs in CADD, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with engineering and construction teams. Key responsibilities Create new Outside Plant (OSP) network designs using various applications/software Develop and issue work prints for OSP Telecom networks while coordinating with permitting agencies Ensure facility designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and meet project deadlines Required qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or at least three years of telecommunications OSP Design/Engineering experience required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and OSP facility regulations Familiarity with applications such as AutoCAD and OSP Communications Design systems
