Telecommunications Counsel (Fully Remote)

• This role involves providing strategic legal support within a leading Australian telecommunications company across multiple business units and product lines.

• Provide legal advice on telecommunications, satellite services, and wholesale network arrangements.
• Lead negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts with customers, carriers, vendors, and government stakeholders.
• Advise on regulatory obligations including telecommunications law, competition, privacy, and spectrum frameworks.
