Telecommunication AnalystProvides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on mobile device management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with networking, mobile and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, PC hardware/peripherals, tablets, and smart phones (iOS and Android). Knowledge of VoIP and PBX telecom systems a plus.
