Must Have PhD Degree in related field of study
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop intelligent solutions for O-RAN and RIC platforms (RT/NRT).
- Build and optimize AI/ML models for RAN performance and automation.
- Develop and integrate xApps/rApps using Java and Python .
- Manage and analyze telecom data using SQL/NoSQL databases .
- Collaborate on system simulations, modeling, and prototype testing.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in Wireless Communications / Telecom Systems .
- Proficiency in Java , Python , and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with O-RAN , RIC platforms , and network optimization .
- Knowledge of databases , data analytics , and cloud-native environments .
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering , Computer Science , or related field.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with 3GPP / O-RAN Alliance standards and open-source RIC frameworks .
- Experience with 5G/6G , edge computing , or network automation .
