Telecommunication Research Engineer

Must Have PhD Degree in related field of study

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop intelligent solutions for O-RAN and RIC platforms (RT/NRT).
• Build and optimize AI/ML models for RAN performance and automation.
• Develop and integrate xApps/rApps using Java and Python .
• Manage and analyze telecom data using SQL/NoSQL databases .
• Collaborate on system simulations, modeling, and prototype testing.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in Wireless Communications / Telecom Systems .
• Proficiency in Java , Python , and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with O-RAN , RIC platforms , and network optimization .
• Knowledge of databases , data analytics , and cloud-native environments .
• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering , Computer Science , or related field.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with 3GPP / O-RAN Alliance standards and open-source RIC frameworks .
• Experience with 5G/6G , edge computing , or network automation .
