Seeking a dedicated Telecom Systems Administrator for a remote, full-time position, responsible for managing in-house and hosted voice and video services, PSTN services, and telephony-related equipment while participating in an on-call rotation and working after hours as needed. Key responsibilities Manage and support voice and video services, including troubleshooting and diagnostics of WAN/LAN/VoIP communications Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs while ensuring compliance with security policies Assist with system patches, updates, and overall project execution related to network infrastructure changes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Three years of experience in voice network administration Detailed knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and Unity Experience with call center applications and operations Ability to work on-call and during after-hours as needed
