IT Business AnalystIT Business Analyst driving digital transformation across telecom products by simplifying and redesigning business processes. This role partners closely with business, IT, and leadership teams to translate current-state workflows into streamlined solutions within Salesforce Communications Cloud, integrating with billing, inventory, HR, and provisioning systems. Focus is on improving customer experience, enabling automation, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, end-to-end processes.Core ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document current-state telecom workflows (order management, provisioning, customer lifecycle)Design and implement optimized future-state processes within Salesforce Communications CloudGather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into functional designs for development teamsPartner cross-functionally (business, IT, field teams, leadership) to drive alignment and deliverySupport solution design, development, testing (UAT), and implementationTrack project milestones and partner with PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget executionDefine and measure KPIs to assess process improvements and business impactDrive automation and continuous improvement using structured methodologies (e.g., DMAIC / Six Sigma)Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and enterprise architecture standardsRemote, but must be in the following states for eligibility for FTE conversion: California Colorado Florida Illinois Indiana Iowa Kansas Michigan Missouri Montana Nebraska New York Ohio Texas Virginia Vermont Washington $42-$47/hr Contract-to-hireWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
