Remote Full Time Installation

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical SME to oversee endpoint management, asset lifecycle, and telecommunications infrastructure. This role serves as a key administrator for critical IT platforms and provides high-level technical support, ensuring system reliability, compliance, and seamless integration across our enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Administration: * Manage Kaseya for endpoint monitoring, policy deployment, and health maintenance.
    • Administer Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM, app deployment, and security compliance (encryption, remote wipe, conditional access).
    • Orchestrate Oomnitza integrations with IT systems for streamlined asset tracking and reporting.
  • Telecom & Infrastructure Support:
    • Install, configure, and maintain Avaya phone systems and infrastructure.
    • Troubleshoot analog/digital fax lines and coordinate with telecom carriers to resolve outages.
    • Manage "Moves, Adds, and Changes" (MACs) for staff extensions.
  • Qmatic System Support: Troubleshoot Qmatic endpoints (printers, signage, AV displays) and ensure LAN/WAN integration.
  • Technical Operations & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for endpoint issues, hardware deployment, imaging, and system performance monitoring.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting. Generate metrics on system uptime, ticket resolution, asset data accuracy, and policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT asset management and network support in a Technical SME or similar capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of IT asset management principles (compliance, lifecycle management, IAITAM best practices).
    • Proven leadership in driving IT initiatives and projects.
    • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Preferred Certifications: IAITAM Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP), Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
