Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Teen Specialist to oversee teen programs across assigned Clubhouses. You will plan, develop, report on, and implement programs in collaboration with the Programs team, while assisting with operations and acting as supervisor in absence of Clubhouse leadership.
The role requires collaboration, youth development focus, and the ability to manage diverse groups, with occasional driving duties and flexible hours.
