Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Teen Specialist to oversee all teen programs across assigned Clubhouse locations. You will collaborate with the Programs team to plan, develop, report on, and implement teen initiatives, while supporting daily operations and ensuring safety and quality standards.
You will mentor youth, drive program engagement, monitor metrics, and assist in Clubhouse leadership in the absence of direct supervision.
