Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada seeks a Teen Specialist to oversee teen programs at assigned Clubhouse(s). You will plan and implement activities with the Programs team, ensure grant compliance, and mentor members while supporting Clubhouse operations as needed.
The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple duties in a dynamic youth-serving environment. Driving duties may be required.
