Ignitium is hiring a TechOps Onboarding Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding across today’s leading ABX and revenue technology platforms, including Demandbase, 6sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and GA4. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on delivering scalable onboarding experiences, driving operational excellence, and ensuring clients are fully enabled for long‑term success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full onboarding lifecycle from technical discovery through platform go‑live
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and client communication
• Partner cross‑functionally with Client Success, Strategy, MOPs, and Engineering teams
• Configure and QA platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Salesloft, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
• Identify and resolve onboarding blockers before they impact delivery
• Improve onboarding SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational processes
• Mentor onboarding specialists and elevate team execution quality
• Drive smooth client handoffs and long‑term platform adoption

What You Bring

• Strong experience in martech, RevOps, onboarding, or technical project delivery
• Deep understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and ABX ecosystems
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Process‑oriented mindset with the ability to scale systems and workflows

Compensation

$85,000 – $100,000 base salary + performance‑based bonus opportunities (OTE included)
