Technology Transactions Attorney AssociateDirect Counsel is seeking a Technology Transactions Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join a highly regarded law firm in Palo Alto. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and intellectual property matters for clients ranging from innovative startups to established global enterprises.The ideal candidate will have a background in high technology commercial transactions and intellectual property licensing, with experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements. Substantive experience is preferred in areas such as:Artificial intelligence counseling and deploymentsSoftware and content licensingPartnering and distribution agreementsApplication hosting and cloud hosting servicesIntellectual property development and technology transfer relationshipsThis role does not involve intellectual property litigation or prosecution/registration.
