Technology Transactions Associate AttorneyDirect Counsel is seeking a Technology Transactions Associate to join a highly respected Am Law firm in Boston, New York or Palo Alto. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-level associate to work at the forefront of technology, intellectual property, and commercial transactions while advising innovative clients on cutting-edge matters involving artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and complex commercial arrangements.The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of technology transactions experience at a leading law firm, including substantial experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated technology and commercial agreements and supporting corporate transactions involving intellectual property and technology assets.Qualified candidates will possess:3–5 years of technology transactions experience at a law firmExperience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, development and collaboration agreements, data use agreements, and strategic partnership agreementsExperience conducting IP and technology due diligence in connection with mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactionsFamiliarity with intellectual property concepts, technology commercialization, and licensing mattersInterest or experience advising clients on artificial intelligence-related legal and regulatory issues, including data governance, risk allocation, and compliance considerationsExcellent drafting, analytical, communication, and organizational skillsStrong academic credentialsThis firm offers a sophisticated and collaborative platform where associates work closely with nationally recognized attorneys on high-value technology and commercial transactions across a wide range of industries.
