Role Overview
The Director is responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue and profitability. The position establishes and develops client relationships, works with recruiters to fulfill open job orders, and collaborates with business stakeholders, leaders and subject matter experts to plan and deliver projects effectively and timely.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain target list and develop client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, ad calls, skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.
- Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business and plan daily activities.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5–8 years minimum technology sales or staffing experience required.
- Active member of the IT community, networking groups plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $65,000—$80,000 USD
Incentive compensation and discretionary bonuses may be available based on performance. Eligible for medical, dental, vision benefits and company 401(k) retirement plan.
