Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in technical sales, field service, technology implementation, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, retail technology, electronic payments, or networking.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn, troubleshoot, and explain technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Consultative sales mindset with the ability to identify business needs and recommend solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and occasionally work evenings, overnight shifts, or weekends for installations.

This is a unique hybrid role combining technical support, technology implementation, account management, and consultative sales. The ideal candidate will have experience working with point-of-sale (POS) systems, retail technology, networking, or electronic payment solutions, along with strong customer relationship management skills.
This individual will serve as a trusted technology advisor to grocery retailers, helping them implement, maintain, and optimize technology solutions while identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
